Summer HS Workout Schedule
- Workouts begin Monday, June 8th.
- All workouts will take place on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
- Football athletes entering grades 7-12 will workout at Wildcat Stadium from 9:00-10:15.
- Non football male athletes entering grades 7-12 will workout at Wildcat Stadium from 10:30-11:30.
- All female athletes entering grades 7-12 will workout at Wildcat Stadium from 9:30-10:30.
- Each athlete needs to bring their own water.
